Membership Consultant

About the role

Join Les Mills as a Membership Consultant and drive new member acquisition for our New Lynn location. You will work in a high‑energy sales team, using your phone skills to generate appointments and convert prospects into members.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets for new member sign‑ups.
• Make outbound calls, send emails and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Track daily call volume, appointments set, emails sent and sales closed.
• Step in as Duty Manager when required, handling operational responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, telesales or any commission‑based role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organised and able to work a flexible roster covering any day of the week.
• Passionate about health, fitness and able to share a personal fitness story.

• On‑target earnings of $70,000‑$80,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
