Membership Consultant

About the role
Join Les Mills as a Membership Consultant and drive new member acquisition for our New Lynn location. You will work in a high‑energy sales team, using your phone skills to generate appointments and convert prospects into members.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly targets for new member sign‑ups.
- Make outbound calls, send emails and schedule appointments with prospects.
- Track daily call volume, appointments set, emails sent and sales closed.
- Step in as Duty Manager when required, handling operational responsibilities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, telesales or any commission‑based role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organised and able to work a flexible roster covering any day of the week.
- Passionate about health, fitness and able to share a personal fitness story.
Required skills
What we offer
- On‑target earnings of $70,000‑$80,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
- Full‑time contract – 40 hours per week.
- Supportive, high‑performance sales team environment.
- Flexible shift patterns to suit personal availability.
