Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, curious Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Brand, Creative & Partnerships team. This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers hands‑on exposure across campaigns, content, creative and operations, supporting the global marketing team and helping to keep projects and people moving.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain momentum and smooth workflows for the global marketing team.
• Support the creation and execution of campaigns, content and creative assets.
• Help shape team rhythm, culture and key moments.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines and resources across multiple priorities.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑focused with strong clarity in managing moving parts.
• Excellent communication, optimistic “can‑do” attitude and genuine interest in marketing, communications or creative environments.
• Experience in a coordination or team‑support role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 – PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with project workflow tools (helpful but not required).
