Marketing & Communications Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BDMC) team on a 12‑month fixed‑term parental leave contract. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, partnering with stakeholders across the firm to shape marketing initiatives, enhance client engagement, and drive our digital marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing communications strategies aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities, including thought‑leadership campaigns and flagship publications.
• Own and execute the firm’s Digital Marketing Strategy, managing digital channels and analysing performance.
• Support CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve client engagement, data quality, reporting and campaign performance.
• Apply AI and emerging tools to streamline marketing processes and generate innovative client‑engagement ideas.
• Create client‑centric content, source, write, edit and publish newsletters, thought‑leadership pieces, legislative updates and blogs.
• Collaborate with BDMC and Business Services teams to deliver first‑class advice and support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or professional‑services marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong editing and proof‑reading abilities.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
