Manager, Organization & Workforce Transformation

About the role

You will join Deloitte’s Organisation & Workforce Transformation (OWT) practice as a Manager based in Wellington. The role sits at the intersection of leadership development, organisational transformation and client advisory, working closely with senior leaders to design, grow and deliver leadership solutions for public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and scale Deloitte’s leadership offerings across public and private sectors.
• Identify and convert opportunities to expand the Change Collaborative programme within Health New Zealand and other organisations.
• Develop and execute targeted growth strategies with senior leaders, workforce and OD teams, and executive sponsors.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of programmes, bespoke engagements, partnerships and contracted work.
• Collaborate with OWT colleagues, Partners and Directors to embed leadership capability into broader transformation engagements.
• Develop deep, trust‑based relationships with executives, clinicians and senior leaders across health, public and private sectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders navigating change and complexity.
• Design and deliver high‑impact leadership development programmes, workshops and learning experiences tailored to organisational strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leadership development and organisational transformation.
• Strong track record of building and managing client relationships at senior executive level.
• Ability to translate leadership challenges into tailored solutions and new offerings.
• Experience delivering programmes across health, public and private sector organisations.
• Senior, delivery‑focused mindset with a passion for building leadership capability.
