Manager, Lifecycle Contract Management – APAC

About the role

Remote is seeking a Manager to lead the lifecycle contract management team for the APAC region (India, Southeast Asia, Japan). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations, you will own planning, implementation, and service‑level delivery for contract management across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the contract management strategy for APAC markets.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and contract standards.
• Scale HR operations and improve service levels across diverse jurisdictions.
• Coach and develop a distributed team of contract specialists.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to embed automation and AI into contract workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations and contracts management across APAC.
• Deep knowledge of local labour compliance and contract law.
• Track record of scaling HR processes in fast‑paced, international scale‑up environments.
• Hands‑on people‑management experience with a coaching mindset.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and service‑level excellence.
