Luxury Travel Consultant – High Earnings Potential

About the role

We are seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to join our high‑performing team at Travel Associates, part of Freeman&Turner. The role focuses on delivering bespoke, unforgettable travel experiences for an existing portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and expanding that network across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate fully customised luxury itineraries, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients, providing personalised service that encourages repeat business.
• Identify and acquire new high‑value clients through networking, business‑development and targeted marketing.
• Collaborate with senior luxury advisors and global suppliers within the Luxury Travel Collection network.
• Generate exclusive benefits and value‑added experiences for each client.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant with an established client base.
• Strong networking and business‑development skills.
• Passion for delivering tailored, high‑quality travel experiences.
• Motivation to grow a personal brand within the luxury travel sector.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary with uncapped earnings; guaranteed minimum $60 k annually and $70 k in the first six months.
• Quality time with clients through scheduled appointments.
• Predominantly 9‑5, Monday‑Friday office schedule with occasional rotational Saturdays.
