About the role
ATNZ is recruiting future engineers to start a career in light fabrication, working with lighter materials such as stainless steel and aluminium. The apprenticeship is based in Rotorua with a host company, a well-established Bay of Plenty manufacturer with more than 60 years of history that designs and builds metal-forming machinery used on production lines in over 90 countries. Apprentices work alongside a large, experienced team and see a precision-engineered product come together from drawings and components to a finished machine.

- Qualification costs covered and safety gear provided.
- Tool allowance on top of pay, with interest-free tool loans available.
- If the host company cannot continue employing you, ATNZ tries to place you with another host company.
