Learning & Organisational Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Organisational Development Manager will lead a team of specialists to deliver learning and organisational development programmes across the business. This 12‑month fixed‑term position blends people leadership, project management and programme delivery to ensure momentum and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the learning & OD team through multiple initiatives, prioritising work and maintaining delivery cadence.
• Execute and monitor key programmes, engagement cycles and operational initiatives.
• Lead, support and coach specialists, providing clarity and direction.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design fit‑for‑purpose learning solutions.
• Oversee rollout of leadership development and other strategic programmes, ensuring effective delivery.
• Navigate change across stakeholders while sustaining business‑as‑usual activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading programmes or initiatives in learning, organisational development, change or related fields.
• Senior‑level responsibility for learning, leadership development or OD practices.
• Ability to bring structure, momentum and calm to complex, shifting priorities.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leaders to translate capability needs into actionable solutions.
