Lead Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

EverWell, a vertical of EverCommerce, is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own UX outcomes for its Timely platform. This remote role will drive end‑to‑end product design across desktop and mobile, championing human‑centred design and delivering seamless experiences for beauty professionals and their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class product design for complex SaaS products using insights‑driven approaches.
• Identify and create cross‑product experiences that benefit multiple user groups.
• Lead UX activities throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams.
• Conduct UX research, define success metrics, and measure design impact with data.
• Communicate design decisions clearly, align stakeholders, and share progress.
• Mentor and coach designers and other stakeholders while continuously improving design practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS product design with a strong portfolio of impactful work.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end user‑centred design processes from research to delivery and measurement.
• Experience designing complex products for the beauty or service industry is a plus.
