Kitchen Designer – Retail Showroom

About the role
We are looking for a Kitchen Designer to join our Mitre 10 MEGA Glenfield showroom, helping customers create inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Design effective kitchen and bathroom layouts using WINNER design software.
- Provide complete specifications and detailed quotations to customers.
- Maintain regular liaison with customers, including scheduling installation and progress updates.
- Conduct face-to-face and telephone sales, offering product advice and practical tips.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, customer-service focused with a passion for design.
- Creative problem-solver able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and liaison skills with builders, suppliers and trade customers.
- Attention to detail and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Willingness to learn and develop new areas; kitchen design experience is advantageous.
