Junior Software Engineer (Napier)

About the role

Re-Leased is looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our agile Engineering Team in Napier. You will work on a cloud‑based property management platform, contributing to the design, development, testing and deployment of high‑quality software while receiving mentorship from senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Write, maintain and test code according to system requirements and technical specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues.
• Participate in pair‑programming and code‑review sessions to accelerate learning.
• Identify and address technology limitations in existing applications.
• Collaborate with the squad to manage DevOps processes using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
