About the role

Join Tauranga City Council as a Service Desk Support professional and become the first point of contact for staff needing technical assistance. This on‑site, full‑time position offers a supportive environment where curiosity and learning are encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to council employees, responding to tickets and phone calls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, escalating when necessary.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge‑base articles.
