IT Recruiter (Auckland, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Recruiter based in Auckland to join a fast‑growing team. The role is end‑to‑end internal recruitment with a focus on New Zealand, supporting hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business. You will work in a collaborative, relay‑style environment where you pick up and hand over briefs as priorities shift.

Key responsibilities

• Run kickoff conversations with hiring managers to refine and sharpen hiring briefs.
• Write, post and promote job ads across appropriate channels.
• Actively source, engage and screen candidates for technical fit, communication, values and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Manage candidate expectations, communication and offer processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring workflows and challenge unrealistic processes early.
