About the role

Join Ruralco’s well‑established farm supplies co‑operative as an Inwards Goods Co‑ordinator. This permanent, hands‑on position is based on‑site in Ashburton and offers a friendly environment where you even get a day off on your birthday.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound deliveries of farm‑supplies and related goods.
• Check documentation for accuracy and ensure proper labeling.
• Update inventory records and coordinate with warehouse staff to store items correctly.
• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Support daily operational excellence by following established processes.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proven experience in inbound goods handling or warehouse coordination.
• Passion for operational excellence and delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented, on‑site environment.
