Information & Systems Manager

About the role

Lead the development, implementation and governance of project information systems, document control and data governance for a major motorway project in New Zealand. You will ensure information is accurate, accessible and aligned with contractual and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project information systems, document control and data governance processes.
• Keep project information accurate, accessible and aligned with contract and quality requirements.
• Plan and deliver project information for a successful handover.
• Partner with Quality, Completion, Asset Management, Project Controls and ICT teams.
• Audit information processes and resolve non‑conformances.
• Drive change and user adoption of new systems and practices.
• Coach and develop the team delivering information services.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong information governance and systems thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Team leadership, coaching and service delivery experience.
• Proven ability to implement change and encourage user adoption.
