About the role
We are seeking a people‑focused, organised individual to join our People & Capability Team on a part‑time basis. In this varied support role you will help keep daily HR operations running smoothly while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across day‑to‑day HR functions.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records.
- Support the delivery of HR best practices throughout the business.
Required profile
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a busy environment.
- People‑focused with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Experience in administration (HR exposure is an advantage).
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
