Hiring Manager – Talent Acquisition (Legal AI SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a Hiring Manager to lead talent acquisition for a fast‑growing legal AI SaaS scale‑up. Based in Auckland CBD, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end hiring strategies for multiple international markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job briefs.
• Manage the applicant tracking system, source candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate offers.
• Develop and maintain the company’s hiring playbook and employer brand.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for tech or SaaS organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across NZ, AU, UK and US markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑starter with the authority to shape hiring processes.
