Health & Counselling Receptionist / Administrator (Part‑time)

About the role
This permanent, part‑time position supports the front‑line of AUT's medical centre and counselling service on the City Campus. Working Tuesdays and Wednesdays (15 hours per week), you will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct clients, manage phone calls and email enquiries.
- Schedule appointments for health and counselling services.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments, issue invoices and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and daily activity logs.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary student‑services team.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
