Head of Finance – New Zealand (7‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a commercially‑minded finance leader to serve as Head of Finance for New Zealand. Reporting to the Finance Director ANZ, this fixed‑term position (approximately 7 months) will partner with the NZ leadership team to drive financial performance, strategic decision‑making and sustainable growth in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and business partnering to the New Zealand Leadership Team.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management across the NZ business.
• Deliver commercial insights to support growth, profitability and strategic decisions.
• Identify and manage financial risks, opportunities and performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales teams to optimise customer profitability, pricing and trade investment.
• Ensure strong governance, financial controls and compliance across the NZ market.
• Collaborate with ANZ and Regional Finance teams to align priorities and objectives.
• Lead transformation and change initiatives and foster a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with a commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Experience in FMCG or a similarly fast‑moving consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical and governance capabilities.
