Transaction Banking Manager

About the role

As a Transaction Banking Manager in ANZ's Institutional Banking team, you will manage a portfolio of Business and Agri customers across South Auckland and Waikato, building strong relationships and delivering cash management solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Business and Agri customers, supporting day‑to‑day banking and cash management needs.
• Understand customers' business goals and recommend appropriate transactional banking solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial and operational processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Transaction Banking products and solutions to provide optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and networking skills with a range of stakeholders.
• Understanding of the agricultural sector and its unique challenges.
• Well‑developed financial acumen to interpret financial information.

• Proactive, self‑motivated approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
