Head Coach / Store Manager – Hamilton

About the role

We are seeking a Head Coach (Store Manager) to lead our Hamilton retail location. The role combines store‑wide operational responsibility with coaching a passionate team and building strong community connections.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop a diverse team, delivering training sessions and setting performance goals.
• Create and nurture a local community, designing in‑store events and partnerships that align with brand values.
• Own store performance by tracking KPIs, delivering weekly/monthly business reflections and setting strategic goals.
• Plan floor coverage, manage stock levels, optimise visual merchandising and ensure a safe work environment.
• Represent the brand outside the store by engaging with local partners and participating in fitness activities.

Required skills

• Experience with retail KPI tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising.
• Understanding of health and safety policies in a retail setting.
