About the role
The Guest Experience & Wellness Curator will shape the guest journey at a private off‑grid retreat set on a remarkable piece of land in Matakana, Auckland. This part‑time, on‑site role offers the freedom to contribute, influence and leave a lasting mark on a business with big ambitions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with the retreat’s wellness focus.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine wellness programmes.
- Support the business’s growth ambitions by bringing fresh ideas to guest services.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and wellness in a unique, off‑grid environment.
- Ability to work part‑time on‑site in Matakana.

- Competitive salary $70,000‑$80,000 per year pro rata.
