Group Coordinator

About the role

IHC is looking for a Group Coordinator to support its People & Corporate Group in delivering great experiences and services across the organisation. This is a varied, fast-paced, full-time permanent role based in Great Central Wellington, paid $61k-$72k. You will coordinate processes, support leaders and teams, keep information accurate and help day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support across People & Corporate services
• Manage documentation, communications and operational processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning and other people-related activities
• Help improve systems, processes and ways of working

Required profile

• Highly organised and customer-focused, able to work across multiple priorities and build strong relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Legal right to work in New Zealand

Required skills

• Strong coordination, administration and organisational skills
• Confidence using digital systems and business tools
