About the role
We are seeking a confident and organised Group Administrator to support our team for an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, providing administrative assistance to managers and staff while coordinating projects and events.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the group, including meeting scheduling and document preparation.
- Assist with financial tasks such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Coordinate logistics for projects and events, ensuring all details are managed.
- Maintain up‑to‑date systems, records, and health‑and‑safety documentation.
Required profile
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and work well with people.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Willingness to learn quickly and contribute positively to the team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
