Graduate Associate – Executive Search Research

About the role

Join Johnson Partners as a Graduate Associate and support senior partners in delivering board and C‑suite appointments across a range of sectors. You will work on high‑impact executive search projects, gaining exposure to CEOs, board chairs and senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research and talent mapping for senior executive roles.
• Prepare candidate reports, briefing documents and client‑ready presentations.
• Assist partners during client meetings and senior‑executive interviews.
• Support business‑development initiatives and contribute to thought‑leadership content.
• Coordinate team meetings and ensure smooth execution of assignments.

Required profile

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to deliver quality work at pace.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
