About the role

As Global Director Growth Partnerships you will identify and unlock opportunities that accelerate Fonterra's growth. Working across innovation, supply and market access, you will build relationships that create new possibilities for the Co‑op, its farmers and customers.

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities that expand Fonterra’s footprint.
• Connect people, ideas and organisations to generate mutual value.
• Shape commercial arrangements that balance ambition, risk and long‑term success.
• Enable access to new capabilities, supply sources and routes to market.
• Turn promising opportunities into partnerships delivering measurable results.

Required profile

• Commercially astute leader with a track record of bringing organisations together.
• Legal qualification and experience leading significant commercial transactions.
• Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement and experience operating across international markets.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to influence without authority.
