General Manager – SaaS Passenger Transport

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the international expansion of a fast‑growing SaaS platform serving passenger transport agencies. Based in New Zealand, you will steer commercial strategy, strengthen market presence and build the brand’s reputation across domestic and offshore markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for international markets, focusing on recurring revenue.
• Lead a small team of New Zealand‑based technical specialists and collaborate with offshore business development resources.
• Manage strategic channel partnerships and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Oversee sales pipeline, performance management processes and revenue forecasting.
• Work closely with the Board to shape strategy and achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record scaling businesses and delivering revenue growth internationally.
• Strong client engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading offshore growth from a New Zealand base.
• Inclusive leadership style with ability to coach and develop senior staff.
• Background in SaaS or technology ventures serving global customers.
