Front Office Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at Oaks Wellington Hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check‑in experience while driving service excellence across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding guest welcoming experience and uphold front office operational standards.
• Meet and greet arriving guests, oversee room allocations, and ensure smooth settlement.
• Maintain accurate bookings, guest accounts, and daily reporting.
• Guide and support the front office team to provide exceptional service.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily tasks, roster planning, and budget compliance.
• Assist the Hotel Manager with recruitment and staff development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong people‑management abilities with a proven track record of motivating diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for proactive customer service.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
