About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Lead to set service standards through genuine hospitality and meticulous attention to detail. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a dynamic environment in a popular hospitality venue.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Establish and maintain service standards that reflect genuine hospitality.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and attention to detail.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and coordinate weekly bonus distribution.
  • Schedule staff to meet minimum 30‑hour weekly requirement while respecting Sundays and Mondays off.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in a front‑of‑house leadership role within hospitality.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, full‑time.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Mount Maunganui with Sundays and Mondays off.
