Fleet Co-ordinator, Property NZ & Pacific

About the role

As a Fleet Co-ordinator in ANZ's Property team, you will help manage the vehicle fleet safely, efficiently and sustainably. You will support the Fleet Manager with day-to-day operations, including supplier management, cost control, compliance and vehicle use, and help identify ways to improve fleet services and reduce fuel use and emissions, including supporting electric and hybrid vehicles where appropriate. The role is based in Wellington and is permanent and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of plans that improve vehicle use, reduce fuel consumption and emissions and help the fleet operate efficiently.
• Help keep the fleet running smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, service and operational performance.
• Contribute to Fleet and Property plans and broader business initiatives that support operational excellence.
• Analyse fleet and service performance data to identify trends, anticipate future requirements and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Ideally experience in fleet, automotive, transport or a similar operational environment, with an understanding of vehicle management and supplier relationships.
• Experience developing, implementing or working with organisational procedures and standards.
• Experience working with suppliers, contracts or the procurement of products and services.
• Ability to analyse information and give clear, practical advice and recommendations.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, considering people, process and technology requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a range of stakeholders.
