Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join Simplot New Zealand on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering parental leave. Based in Auckland and reporting to the Finance Manager NZ, you will support commercial decision‑making through financial analysis, modelling and revenue management, providing actionable insights across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and develop models to support sales, marketing and supply‑chain initiatives.
• Manage revenue forecasting and variance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial insights and presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting processes within a lean NZ finance team.

Required profile

• Relevant finance or accounting qualification.
• Experience in financial analysis, modelling and revenue management.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing and supply chain.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
