About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to support the efficient operation of our finance function. You will help maintain financial accuracy, support funding recovery processes, and ensure robust financial administration across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations and provide accounts administration support.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general finance processes.
- Support funding recovery and financial reporting activities.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance data integrity and financial processes.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Finance team to deliver operational support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts or finance support.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, able to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Team‑focused mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Experience using financial systems.
- Familiarity with databases for financial data.
