Field Merchandiser

About the role

Goodman Fielder is looking for a Field Merchandiser in Greylynn to keep its products on shelves and ready to buy. The role is part-time, around 30 hours per week split over Thursday, Friday and Saturday (about 10 hours each day), and involves working mostly alone with good time management. Products include milk, cheese, yoghurts and bread.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Goodman Fielder products are displayed on shelf and ready to purchase.
• Work across a range of products such as milk, cheese, yoghurts and bread.
• Travel to different local supermarkets, varying by location, and act as the face of the brands there.
• Build relationships with grocery customers and communicate regularly with the supervisor and at store level.

Required profile

• Physically fit, able to lift product up to 12 kg continuously (milk crates or full racks of bread).
• Enjoys working on their feet and interacting with customers in a supermarket.
• Organised and able to build relationships with customers.
• Valid driver's licence (restricted or above) to travel between stores.
