Field Based Debt Recovery Specialist

About the role

We are seeking motivated, people‑focused professionals to join our growing Auckland Field Collections team. As a Field Based Debt Recovery Specialist you will travel across the city, meet clients face‑to‑face and help recover outstanding debts while making a positive impact in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits to engage with debtors and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, payments and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Represent the company positively while building strong community relationships.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the Auckland region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an inclusive team.
