Experienced Mazda Technician – New Zealand

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mazda Technician to join modern workshops across New Zealand. You will work alongside skilled teams to diagnose, repair and maintain a range of vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs and routine maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with Mazda and other brand specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workshop performance and productivity.
• Provide input on processes and support structured leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified automotive technician.
• Current WOF certification (highly regarded).
• Excellent diagnostic abilities and a high standard of workmanship.
• Team‑oriented with a solid career history and traceable references.
• Up‑to‑date training records and a valid driver’s licence.
• NZ residency or right to work in New Zealand (offshore candidates may be considered).
