Entertainment Team Member – Retail

About the role
Join the Entertainment team at The Warehouse in Alexandra and help customers create their perfect entertainment setup. You’ll be the go‑to person for gaming gear, phones and all things tech, delivering a fast‑paced, varied retail experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, set‑up and troubleshooting for gaming, mobile and other entertainment devices.
- Maintain an engaging and tidy sales floor that showcases the latest entertainment products.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately and handle any after‑sales queries.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality or any customer‑facing role.
- Strong passion and knowledge of entertainment technology.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
