About the role
English 1 is seeking enthusiastic ESL teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with children aged 3‑16, delivering dynamic English lessons in a high‑energy classroom environment while immersing yourself in Chinese culture.
Key responsibilities
- Teach English to young learners (ages 3‑16) using interactive methods.
- Deliver lessons based on English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback and support growth.
- Participate in school events, cultural programs and community activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Valid passport.
- Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
- Clean background check.
- ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
