Engagement Lead – AI Co‑Worker Projects

About the role

Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Lead to own end‑to‑end AI Co‑Worker projects for enterprise clients in Australia and New Zealand. You will move beyond advisory work to deliver fully operational AI solutions, from discovery through proof‑of‑concept, MVP and production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify operational, functional and technical constraints that AI Co‑Workers can address.
• Structure value drivers, business cases and success metrics aligned with strategic outcomes.
• Translate client needs into scoped business and technical requirements.
• Design logical AI Co‑Worker flows and apply state‑of‑the‑art AI and learning‑model techniques.
• Own delivery road‑maps, deployment plans and lead delivery through PoC, MVP and production.
• Act as the primary FSAI representative throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across AI developers, QA/QC and engineering teams.
• Manage dependencies, remove blockers and ensure delivery pace, quality and transparency.

Required profile

• Experienced consultant with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Comfortable taking full accountability for client outcomes and value realization.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for client partnership and internal team leadership.
