About the role
The Employer Branding Diversity & Inclusion Specialist will lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. This role focuses on attracting talent, managing the hiring process, and supporting new employee onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Identify human resource and talent needs and plan recruitment processes.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and evaluations to select the best fit.
- Create and publish job advertisements to reach appropriate candidates.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and productive start for new hires.
