Dispatch & Claims Operator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Dispatch & Claims Operator to join All Drains in Penrose, Auckland. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage the end‑to‑end process of each job, from initial booking through to claim settlement, ensuring crews are deployed efficiently and revenue is captured accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and schedule service requests, allocating crews based on availability and skill set.
• Monitor job progress, update records and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and process claims, verifying work completed and ensuring correct invoicing.
• Track earnings per job, reconcile discrepancies and report financial performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in the company’s operational system.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial handling.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with crews and customers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full job lifecycle.
