Director of AI Adoption

About the role

Pax8 is seeking a Director of AI Adoption to lead the integration of artificial intelligence across its operations in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. In this senior leadership position you will shape strategy, drive execution and champion AI literacy throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI adoption strategies for multiple APAC markets.
• Enable business units to embed AI into daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align AI initiatives with overall company strategy.
• Promote AI literacy and a culture of continuous learning.
• Measure and communicate the impact of AI adoption using meaningful metrics.
• Identify high‑impact use cases with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop scalable frameworks that accelerate adoption while ensuring governance and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in digital or AI transformation within complex environments.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable programmes.
• Extensive experience influencing senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, adoption frameworks and change management.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and empowering others through technology.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, evolving global environment.
