About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Partner to lead and execute a broad range of digital initiatives. This role sits at a pivotal point in our marketing transformation, focusing on CRM, lifecycle marketing, and HubSpot Marketing Hub implementation to drive connected customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise integrated campaigns across CRM, email, paid media, social, website and digital customer journeys.
- Drive performance marketing across search, display and social to increase traffic, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation activities in HubSpot, including segmentation, lifecycle journeys, personalisation and targeted communications.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital activities with customer, marketing and commercial priorities.
Required profile
- Proven hands‑on experience delivering digital marketing across multiple channels with measurable results.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Collaborative, resilient mindset with a growth orientation.
