About the role

KPMG is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Digital Consulting team in Auckland. You will work on real‑world projects that help organisations transform their operations through technology, gaining hands‑on consulting experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client teams to deliver workshops, meetings and project activities.
• Support engagement reviews across multiple service lines.
• Assist with risk management and governance, capturing insights for decision‑making.
• Help plan and deliver consulting engagements, shaping work programmes and milestones.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to business development by supporting proposals and networking events.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Level 7 equivalent in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Information Science, Business Information Systems or Information Management.
• Strong academic performance.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with team members.
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to complex challenges.
• Professional communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
