DevOps Engineer

About the role

Join MYOB’s ambitious team as a DevOps Engineer supporting the hosting platform for the PayGlobal enterprise payroll solution. You will help keep production environments stable, efficient, and secure while collaborating with product, delivery, architecture, and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as BuildKite or TeamCity.
• Automate provisioning, deployment and monitoring workflows across multi‑account AWS environments.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Ensure security, performance and reliability of cloud‑based services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable infrastructure.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of DevOps experience in a large‑scale, agile commercial setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical teams.
• Proven community engagement within software engineering or DevOps circles.
