About the role

Alpine Spas is seeking an experienced leader to oversee its Customer Care and Dispatch teams across New Zealand and Australia. This role will guide a high‑performing team and drive the evolution of customer service operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading customer service or call‑centre teams, preferably in a multi‑regional environment.
• Strong track record of managing change and delivering measurable performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
