Customer Service Representative – Part‑time (Auckland)

About the role

Auckland Transport is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Customer Service Representatives to join its Service Centres across the city. You will be the first point of contact for Aucklanders using public transport, helping them plan journeys, resolve issues and feel confident about their travel options.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate information and assistance to customers in a fast‑paced environment.
• Handle a wide range of enquiries, from ticket purchases to service disruptions, both in‑person and over the phone.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues, using conflict‑resolution and de‑escalation techniques.
• Support multiple Service Centres as needed, ensuring consistent service quality across the network.
• Promote Auckland Transport’s values of care, safety, connection and continuous improvement.
