About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to be the voice of The Comfort Group. You will support customers throughout their journey, from placing an order to delivery, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset.
- Basic computer literacy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
