Customer Service Representative – Fixed Term (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Ellerslie team on a fixed‑term basis. You will work full‑time or part‑time, providing friendly assistance to travellers booking experiences with Entrada Travel Group.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries via email or chat.
• Book travel products, tours and accommodations according to customer preferences.
• Provide accurate information on itineraries, pricing and policies.
• Resolve issues, process changes and handle cancellations efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company’s booking system.

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to travel industry products.
• Availability for full‑time or part‑time shifts on‑site in Ellerslie.
