About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our call‑centre team in Mt Wellington. You will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, delivering friendly and professional assistance while upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Enter customer information and requests into the appropriate computer systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, leaving a positive impression on every caller.
• Navigate various digital platforms and tools to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in high‑pressure or demanding situations.

Required profile

• New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid open work visa.
• Proven experience in a customer‑service or call‑centre environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating confidence and resilience.
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people.

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
• Hourly rate of $28.88 plus 8 % holiday pay.
